If you're interested in transferring/porting out a Sideline number (or multiple numbers) when/if an employee leaves and they wish to take their number with them, your Enterprise Admin may request this by following the port-out process steps below.
Please Note:
- Admins will need to contact our support team in order to begin the port out process. (Other Enterprise members will not be able to initiate the port out on the Admins behalf)
If you wish to cancel your Enterprise subscription:
- Ensure that the port out process is completed prior to canceling
- Follow the steps in this article: How to cancel an Enterprise account
