If you're interested in transferring/porting out a Sideline number (or multiple numbers) if an employee leaves and wants to take their number with them, your Enterprise Admin may initiate the port-out process.
FYI: The port out process for Enterprise accounts cannot be initiated from within the Admin Portal or Sideline app and has to be completed by the Admin on the account.
- Admins will need to contact our support team in order to begin the port-out process.
- Other Enterprise members will not be able to initiate the port out on the Admins behalf.
If you wish to cancel your Enterprise subscription after port out:
- Confirm that the port-out process is completed prior to canceling.
