If your trial ended before the 30 days, there are a couple of reasons why this may have happened:
- Ported/transferred a number in
- Attempt to subscribe to a feature
Before your trial ends, you will be asked for confirmation to acknowledge that your trial is ending and your monthly subscription will begin. These charges will incur within 24 hours.
For Google Play Store users: You could see a payment authorization up to 72 hours before your current subscription or free trial expires. Visit Google Play Store's help site article for more information.
