Sending and receiving messages works similarly on a single-user Sideline account (in terms of how a message is delivered) but with Team Number, everyone who is sharing the number will receive any messages on their own devices as well as have the ability to reply.
If one of your colleague's replies before you are able to, you will see their replies in your conversation thread. This is beneficial to avoid redundancy/duplicate questions in the conversation.
Note: All activity is synced across everyone's devices under Team Number.
