If you'd like to start over with a new number or simply deactivate your account, it only takes a few simple steps.
To deactivate your Team Number account:
- Go to 'Sideline Settings' (in-app)
- Scroll down to Get Help (under General)
- Tap the 'Close Account' button
- Tap the 'Continue to close account' button if you are sure you would like to deactivate your account.
You will be taken to a screen to enter your preferred area code. If you do not choose a new number, your previous account will be successfully deactivated.
Please Note: Make sure you have your location settings enabled to find a number near you.
