If you'd like to start over with a new number or simply deactivate your account, it only takes a few simple steps.
To find the Deactivate Account button, scroll down to Get Help >> Deactivate Account.
Once you tap Deactivate Account, you will be taken to a screen to enter your preferred area code. If you do not choose a new number, your previous account will be successfully deactivated.
*Make sure you have your location settings enabled to find a number near you!
Once you choose a new number, you can start messaging and chatting away.
