If you are in the limited state, you will have the option in the Sideline settings to port out your number.
If you are porting out a Sideline number that you chose from the app, you will need to pay the one-time fee in order to unlock the number and receive the Account number and PIN.
If you ported the number into Sideline from another service, you are not required to pay the port out fee. Once you tap the Port Out button, you will receive the Account number and PIN.
