Refund for iOS:
Since Apple strictly handles all in-app purchases, we are unable to process refunds on behalf of users therefore all refunds will need to be completed through your iTunes account or by contacting Apple for assistance on this. Click here to be redirected to their support site.
Refund for Android:
If you'd like to request a refund, we please ask that you submit a request to our Support team with the reason for the refund along with a screenshot of your Google Play Store receipt showing the Order ID Number. Once we've reviewed it, our team will get back to you.
Order Numbers should be in the format: GPA.1234-5678-9123-45678
