If you are still receiving calls in Sideline after your new carrier submitted your porting request, please check with your new carrier and make sure the port out is complete.
Often, the carrier you are porting to will activate your number early, before Sideline is able to release it to them. Since Sideline is a VoIP (Voice over IP) provider, typical port out times will take between 1-5 business days.
If you continue to receive calls in Sideline, please contact your new carrier and they will reach out to Sideline.
