If you are having a difficulty subscribing to Sideline and have gone through the normal troubleshooting steps, you might need to contact Google Play as they may have placed a block on your account. While there are a few possible reasons why Google Play has flagged your account, the most common is that they have marked the transaction as possible fraud.

- If you're still unable to self-heal the payment issue, click on the "Get Help" button at the bottom of the page
