Notice of Sideline Price Change

Beginning May 16, there will be changes to Sideline & Team Number subscription prices. Please take a moment to review those changes, along with some FAQs.

Date of Change 

Sideline subscription prices will be changing on May 16th, 2023. Please see the table below for pricing details by subscription type.

Note: Some legacy subscribers may be exempt from these price changes in part or in full.

Subscriptions & Renewal Dates

Please follow the device-specific instructions below to review your Sideline subscription details, along with steps on how to check your renewal date.

iPhone

1. Open your iPhone's Settings.
2. At the top of the screen, tap on your name to open your Apple ID info.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. Tap Sideline.
   • If you have multiple subscriptions, you will see more than one line item for "Sideline" here.
5. Your current subscription rate will be displayed along with your renewal date.

Android

1. Open Sideline on your Android device. 
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Sideline Subscription.
4. Your current subscription will be displayed along with the price you're currently paying.
5. If you have multiple subscriptions:
   • Follow the steps above, then tap the green Manage Subscription button to access the Google Play Store Subscription Page.

FAQs

What about Sideline Enterprise?

Sideline Enterprise subscription prices will change to $14.49 a month, per line in 30 days (no change will happen earlier than June 16). Please note that Sideline Enterprise remains available only as a monthly subscription.

What if I have multiple Sideline subscriptions?

If you have more than one Sideline subscription, pricing changes will apply to each individual account. If you're unintentionally double-subscribed to Sideline, we recommend that you cancel one of your subscriptions to prevent unwanted charges.

I no longer want to use Sideline, what options do I have? 

If you decide that you no longer want to use Sideline, you can cancel your subscription. Note that you will have access to Sideline until your subscription renewal date.
