Enterprise Billing FAQs

As an overview, Enterprise accounts have the following billing requirements:

The account is:

• Billed monthly at a price of $14.49/line/month. (no option for yearly pricing or discount).
• Billed per the total amount of numbers currently on the account. This includes both:
  
  • Assigned numbers = numbers currently active and in use by your employees.
  • Reserved numbers = numbers not currently assigned or in use. 
  • Auto-Attendant number (optional for Enterprise) is considered another number thus you will be billed for it monthly.

Optional add-on features:

• International Calling 
• Auto-Attendant line

Items to note: 

• There is no port out fee for Enterprise accounts.
