If you forgot your password and need to reset it, you can have a password reset link sent to your registered number (as well as the email you used to register for an account - but only if it has been verified.)
Sideline Password Requirements
Your new Sideline password must meet ALL of the following requirements:
- At least 8 characters.
- At least 1 upper case letter.
- At least 1 special character. (such as !?*&%@)
- At least 1 number.
Please note:
- Passwords cannot contain spaces. If they do, you'll see an "Invalid Password" error message.
- You must create a password that is not considered "common" or is easily guessed. If your password does not meet ALL of the requirements stated above, you will receive an error message and won't be able to update your password until each requirement is met.
- Check out these tips from the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) on how to create a strong password and keep it secure.
