To unblock a contact, all you have to do is send that person a message or place a call to them and the block will immediately be removed.
If you can't remember your contact's phone number, please reach out to us and we'd be happy to help! :)
Please also make sure to include the following information in your email so we can verify your account:
1. Sideline number
2. Registered number
4. Approximate date/time block was placed on that number
If your contact is also a Textfree or Sideline user and has accidentally blocked you, then they will have to contact our support department and confirm they wish to have the block lifted. We will provide your contact with instructions on how to lift the block.
