    Sideline is horrible their customer service is horrible period every month there is a problem. Every month I'm told by their customer service there is nothing we can do to help you. Every month I get screwed and I have money taken out of my account when I've been trying to cancel it for months because they say they can't cancel it but yet Google Play won't cancel it either so now I pay $10 a month for something I don't want at all

    these instructions are wrong and will not work from the mobile version of the website!   FIX YOUR USELESS APP AND WEBSITE OR MAKE THIS DOCUMENTATION CLEAR

    So sorry to hear of your frustrations with the article. This article is based on canceling from within your device as that is easiest but you can always sign into your Google account and cancel that way (link to article) if that is easier. 

    When you sign in, you will be able to see all active subscriptions and the payment method info on the left side. 

    I will update this article to include these instructions for users who wish to cancel via the web. Also I will update the payment instructions. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
