You can port-out your Sideline number to another carrier. Please review your options below:
- If you initially ported your number in, then you are not required to pay the port out fee
- If you do not meet the criteria above, you will need to unlock the number by paying the port out fee
Please Note: Your Sideline phone number will remain active until it is successfully ported to the new carrier thus you will be able to receive calls & messages up until your number is successfully ported out.
After you have successfully ported your number out, you will then need to cancel your subscription through your App Store to avoid further charges.
