If you no longer wish to keep your Sideline number as your Sideline number but want to take it with you elsewhere, please review your options below:
- If you initially ported your number in, then you are not required to pay the port out fee
- If you do not meet the criteria above, you will need to unlock the number by paying the port out fee
*If you have questions regarding your port out eligibility, feel free to contact us. Just provide us with your Sideline phone number, and we'll evaluate your account details.
NOTE: Your Sideline phone number will remain active until it is successfully ported to the new carrier thus you will be able to receive calls & messages up until your number is successfully ported out.
After you have successfully ported your number out, you will then need to cancel your subscription through your App Store to avoid further charges.
