Please be aware that porting your number out means you will no longer have an active Sideline phone number. If you'd like to continue using the service, you will need to choose from our pool of available phone numbers after the transfer is complete.
To port your number: Settings > 'Support' (iOS) or 'Get Help' (Android) > Port-Out Number to begin the port-out process.
When you've chosen to transfer your number, you'll be provided with your:
- Sideline Phone Number (Phone number available for transfer)
- Account Number
You will then take your Account Number and PIN to the carrier/service you're moving your number to.
