Please be aware that porting your number out means you will no longer have an active Sideline phone number. If you'd like to continue using the service, you will need to choose from our pool of available phone numbers after the transfer is complete.
Please Note: Porting a phone number may take 3-5 business days to complete.
Once you're ready to port out your number, go to your Sideline Settings and scroll to find your Number Porting section.
When you've chosen to Transfer Out, you'll be provided with your:
- Sideline Assigned Phone Number (Phone number available for transfer)
- Account Number
You will need your Account Number and PIN to provide to the carrier/service you're taking your number to.
