1.Tap on the contact list icon along the top right side of the toolbar
2. After entering in the contact name in the search bar, tap their name to start a new conversation. From the conversation screen, tap on the phone icon and the call will be placed automatically
*If you are on iOS 10.3, you will see a pop up asking you to confirm the call you are placing. The number displayed is your outbound Sideline pilot number-the number we use to connect your calls.
Please note, once you press Call, it will connect to the intended contact.
To place a call from within a conversation:
Tap on the message and you will see the contact details
To call a number that is not in your contact list:
1. Type in the number, and tap on the green call button! Easy as that :)
Keep in mind that calls are made through your carrier. While most phone plans are unlimited, check with your service provider to be sure!
