Attention Enterprise customers: We're no longer accepting new sign-ups for Enterprise accounts as we plan discontinue the Enterprise feature set in June 2025. At that time, Admin-only accounts (one number) will convert to individual Sideline Standard accounts. Multi-number accounts (Admin + 2 or more numbers) can either port their numbers to another service or migrate to individual Sideline accounts. More information on this process will be provided to the Admin's email soon. Thank you for your understanding and loyalty over the years.
Pricing
Enterprise accounts work off of a price of $14.49 per line and are charged monthly. Pricing applies to both assigned (numbers you currently have assigned to a team member) and reserved numbers (numbers not in use by an employee at this time).
Example of pricing breakdown:
You have 5 assigned and 0 reserved numbers in your account, so that would be $14.49 per x 5 numbers = $72.45 per month.
If you had one number in reserve you would still be charged for that number ($14.49/mo) even though it is not in use. Your total would increase to $86.94 total. If you don't want to be charged for numbers that are not in use (and are fine to lose that number) please delete them from your account.
Billing information
- You will be asked during sign-up to input the credit card you'd like to have on file for Enterprise charges.
- Depending on when the lines were added to the account, they will be pro-rated accordingly.
- Bonus: You have the option to add International Calling for $14.99 per line, per month.
Note: Credit cards are the only approved form of payment for Enterprise accounts. Other payment methods (such as mobile wireless accounts) are not accepted at this time.
