There may be times when the carrier you're taking your Sideline number to misinterprets the origin of the number and thinks that it is a landline. This mistake may cause a delay in your port request.
Please note, that any limitations placed on the port will always fall on the Carrier that you are porting your number to (and not Sideline).
If you experience any errors during the port-out process, please contact the carrier you're porting your number to in an attempt to identify where the problem resides.
Note: Sideline will never block or place a hold on your port-out request, however, you cannot (nor can Sideline Support) cancel the port-out request once it's begun. Cancellation requests must be made through your NEW Carrier.
