If you are having trouble with sending or receiving text messages or picture messages, please refer to our Service Status Page first to check if there are any current texting disruptions within Sideline.
After you check the service status, please try the following steps below:
- Clean reinstall
- Next, make sure you have a strong network connection (try another Wifi or switch to data if necessary)
- Try sending a picture or video to a different contact to see if the issue is with all contacts or a specific one
- If you're still unable to send pictures or videos, please submit a request to us with the following details:
- Sideline number
- The exact date and time of the sent message including time zone
- Your contact's phone number(s)
- Screenshot of any error messages
Once we have these details, we'll work to get this resolved as quickly as possible for you!
