Your Sideline phone number will remain active until it is successfully ported to the new Carrier.
What this means:
- You will still have access to Sideline and will continue to receive calls and messages up until your number is successfully ported out.
Please note: During the port-out process, it is important to avoid closing your account, or make any changes until your number has been successfully ported out.
After you have successfully ported your number:
- You will need to cancel your subscription through your App Store to avoid further charges
