If your employee has changed their device number, please update the registered phone number so it does not negatively affect their Sideline app's calling feature.
To change the registered number:
- Log out of the app
- Log into Sideline on the new device using your Sideline number (Ignore the message to apply your Personal number)
- Input your new device phone number
- A validation code will be sent to the new Carrier number to confirm
