There may be instances where one or more persons on the Team Number account switch device's (and thus there is a new registered/cell number on the account)
Please see below for instructions on how to change the registered phone number for Team Number:
For a single member:
- Opt-out of Team Number
- Create a new Sideline Account
- Using your new cellphone number
- Contact Support to have us assign the Sideline Team Number
Please Note: All data will be lost, as you are creating a new account.
For multiple members:
- Log out of the Sideline app
- The member that would like to change their registered number
- Have the other member re-invite with the new Cellphone number.
Note: If you try to change the registered number per normal steps, you will receive an error message.
