There are instances when a port out can be rejected by Pinger. See below for the reasons that we might need to reject a port out request and the ways you can prevent the rejection from potentially happening.
We will reject a port our request if:
- The account # & PIN are not provided on port out request from the carrier
- The account # & PIN are incorrect
