Currently, the only plan that is offered is the monthly subscription.
How is the subscription billed?
The subscription for Enterprise is billed monthly via Stripe, which is our third-party service we use for Enterprise accounts only.

Are reserved numbers "chargeable?"
Yes. All lines are chargeable after the trial period, whether the number is assigned, un-assigned, forwarded or set as the Auto Attendant.
