We do support the use of a VPN (Virtual Private Network) with Sideline as we understand and respect your right to privacy. However, we have seen instances of abuse with VPN's in the past and thus some common IP addresses associated with VPN services have been blocked due to abuse-related situations.
If you are experiencing issues with your Sideline service while VPN is enabled, please turn it off.
