Do you currently have an Android phone, but are wanting to make the switch to an iPhone or vice versa? If so, please review the information below in order to understand how switching devices affect your Sideline subscription/pricing.
How your subscription works
Your Sideline subscription is tied to your app store account, so your subscription will be billed to the original app store the account was initially created on.
Example: If you subscribed to Sideline on your iPhone (in the iTunes app store), and you are switching to a new Android device, you will still be billed in the iTunes store (per your original subscription terms).
If you no longer have access to the original app store account
If you are making a device switch and will no longer be able to access the original app store that you subscribed with (iTunes or Google Play), you will need to do the following:
- Cancel your current subscription
- Resubscribe to Sideline through the app store on your new device
