Templates allow Sideline Pro users to quickly send customizable text responses to new or existing customers at any time.
New to Pro or haven't used this feature before?
If you recently upgraded to Pro or have not set this feature up yet, we automatically created three templates to customize to your business. If you need some inspiration for Templates, you can visit the Pro Resource Center for ideas as well.
--Tab 1 Start--
To send a Template while in a message:
- Tap the
to the left of the text box.
- A list of your current Templates will display, allowing you to tap on the Template you want.
- You can select multiple Templates to send in one message. (Tap the enter key to space out each Template.)
- Tap the arrow to send your Template message.
- If needed, you can edit/customize the Template in the text box prior to sending it.
Note: If you select & send multiple Templates to your customer, your logo (if included) will attach with each Template thus creating multiple logo attachments. To remedy this, simply delete the logo from the text prior to sending (or choose to include your logo in some Templates, but not in others).
