Are you a Sideline Pro user who's having trouble selecting an iPhone contact(s) to import into Sideline? If so, please read the information below in an attempt to resolve your issue.
Issue Symptoms
You are unable to select an iPhone contact to import into Sideline.
Conditions
- Sideline Pro installed
- Attempt to import from iOS contact(s) using the search functionality
Cause & Resolution
This is a current limitation we have with the iOS platform. However, we have a workaround:
- Click on the Sideline Address Book
- Click the green + at the top right
- Click "Add Contacts from iPhone"
- Scroll to find the contact
- Click "Done"
When you see "1 Contact imported successfully" you know that you have successfully added that iPhone Contact to your Sideline Contacts.
If you are still unable to import a contact, please submit a request.
