Will the Notes from my iOS contacts import when I join Sideline Pro?
Any existing notes in your iOS contacts will be imported when you join Sideline Pro.
If I add Notes to an iPhone contact, will it sync to my Sideline contact?
As explained in question #1, your iOS Notes will sync to your Sideline Contacts when you join.
With Sideline Pro, there is no sync between iPhone contacts and Sideline contacts (which you were you were previously used to seeing with Sideline). This includes Notes or any other contact details.

Can I add a Note to a Contact at any time?
You can add Notes to a Contact at any point, not just after a phone call. This is useful for times when you meet with a customer face-to-face and want to make sure you don't forget important details.

What is the max character count for Notes?
There is no max character limit when typing a note, but the size of the note must be under 16MB (highly unlikely to reach this size limit).
Can I add an attachment to Notes?
Text only is supported in Notes. Attachments, including photos, are not supported at this time.
If you think that photos or attachments are a necessary addition to Notes, please submit your feedback, and we will take your suggestions to our app development team for consideration.

Are previously written notes displayed in the Contact Panel?
Yes, any existing Notes are displayed in the Contact Panel.
Note: The goal of the Contact Panel is to save you time by executing an action quickly. However, you can access the full Note feature from the Contact Details screen.
