Are you a Sideline Pro use that's scheduled a Reminder for a customer and wondering if they received it/confirmed it? If so, please follow the steps & information below.
Note: This feature is available for Pro iOS subscribers only at this time. The Pro feature set is temporarily limited on Android.
1. Confirm your Reminder was sent
It is important to first check to see if your Reminder was sent. You may do so in two ways:
Calendar
- Sideline Pro 'Settings'
- Tap 'Reminders'
- Find the appointment date/time for the recipient you are inquiring about
- If you see 'Sent' under the appointment, you know that the Reminder has been sent to the recipient (see screenshot below)
Inbox
- Sideline Pro 'Settings'
- Find the conversation of the recipient you are inquiring about
- If the Reminder was sent, you will see 'Reminder' under the contact name and the time stamp to the right of when the Reminder was sent
Note: You may also click into the conversation to see the details of the reminder (date/time) and Reminder notes that were sent to the recipient.
2. Verify that your recipient confirmed the Reminder
We understand the necessity to ensure that the recipient/customer has acknowledged and confirmed the date/time with you for your upcoming appointment.
After you have confirmed that the Reminder was sent, you can verify their confirmation by:
- Sideline Pro 'Settings'
- Open the conversation of the recipient
- You should see their response to the Reminder with 'YES' which indicates that they confirmed your appointment details (see screenshot below)
Note:
- We do not currently have a bounce-back response that acknowledges their 'YES' confirmation at this time.
- The recipient can respond back with any text, but a 'yes' or 'confirmed' would indicate that they confirmed the Reminder details.
- The recipient can also choose to not respond, or call your Sideline number to reschedule/cancel.
