Auto-Reply is a Pro feature that allows you to automatically send a personalized text response to missed calls or messages with your business logo included.
Benefits
- Lets your customers know you've acknowledged their call/text and will be in touch with them shortly.
- Pro iOS users only: When enabled, you can attach your Business Profile details so your customers or prospects can view important business details (such as your website, pricing, and/or social media) after you've missed their call.

Auto-Reply to Calls
iOS users only: With Sideline Pro version 12.6, we've included the ability to link your Business Profile information to your custom 'Auto-Reply to Calls' response. This helps to share additional business details (such as business hours, website URL, etc) with your customers when you're unable to pick up the phone.
To enable:
- Sideline Pro Settings
- Scroll and tap 'Auto-Reply to Calls'
- Tap the toggle switch to enable (green)
- Tap the three dots to edit the 'Default' Auto-Reply (if you wish to customize your response)
- Tap 'Add My Logo' to upload your business logo
- Type in your custom Auto-Reply response (maximum of 160 characters allowed)
- Once you've entered your custom text response, tap the green box next to 'Paste Business Profile Info' (optional)
- This will automatically paste your Business Profile details under your custom response each time it's sent.
- Tap 'Save'
Please Note:
- Ensure the custom response displays a green checkmark (this shows that you currently have this response enabled with Auto-Reply to Calls)
- iOS users only: If you decide to attach your Business Profile to your Auto-Reply to calls message, your attached logo and profile details are only sent to the same recipient every 15 days (and not after each missed call)
Auto-Reply to Texts
iOS users: With Sideline Pro version 12.6, we've included the ability to link your Business Profile information to your custom 'Auto-Reply to Texts' response. This helps to share additional business details (such as business hours, website URL, etc) with your customers when you're unable to pick up the phone.
To enable: Follow the same steps seen above, but tap on the 'Auto-Reply to Texts' in Pro settings to set up and enable.
Please Note:
- The ability to 'Paste Business Profile Info' (seen in step #7 above) is not available for Auto-Reply to Texts at this time.
- The same recipient will only receive your auto-reply text once every 24 hours (they won't keep getting the same Auto-Reply each time they send a new message).
