The Contact Panel is an added functionality to Sideline Pro that allows you to take quick action(s) upon completing a call with a new or existing customer.
In order to populate the Contact Panel, your call will need need to meet the following conditions:
- Incoming call duration is greater than 60 seconds
- Outgoing call duration is greater than 1 second
- The number is not an unknown or blocked number
If you do not meet the requirements above, the Contact Panel will not populate after the call has ended. Please visit 'How to populate & dismiss the Contact Panel' for additional information.
