While there are many great features with Sideline Pro, we do have a few limitations/restrictions currently:
- Not available for Android users
- Not available for users on iOS version 12.2 or below
- Cannot be used in conjunction with Team Number or Enterprise accounts
- Not available for accounts currently in limited state or in free trial*

I would like to upgrade to sideline pro but, don’t want to lose my current sideline number because it has been my business number for 17 years. How do I switch?
Hi @steve - Sorry for the delay! You will not lose your current Sideline number if you upgrade to Pro, the number stays with you as long as you have an active subscription.
Check out the steps under the 'Current Sideline subscriber" section which tells you how you can upgrade today.

This is absolutely an undeniable display of pure ignorance being exercised here by Sideline. With nearly 2/3 of all U.S. cellphone users currently operating on an Android, why would such a "tech forward" operation (like Sideline is, ..supposedly) doing opening up a pro upgrade to only IOS users??!!! Hello, wake up from your Apple-induced trance, Sideline execs! Its really ok to cross over to the other side...the grass doesn't just appear to be greener...its actual grass! (Not the astroturf that Apple has you believing is the only option available.) Take it from me, a former Apple trancee....lol...watching someone break free of the limiting perpetual chains Apple has inposed on you, convincing you are "normal"...and seeing the look of pure freedom of choice take hold of your little beating heart. . Why, its better than an episode of "Breaking Amish"... I wipe away a tear of happiness at the thought, I truly do..:)
I see you've done nothing to add android users to your new upgraded pro version. What is it going to take to get you to cross over, Sideline? (YOU CAN DO IT! I KNOW YOU CAN!)

Our development teams are actively working behind the scenes to build Sideline Pro for Android. While we don’t have an ETA to confidently provide, we are well aware of the importance of providing our Pro features to our Android customers, and it is one of our top priorities.
