If no PIN is provided by your current carrier when you requested to port your number out, you can enter 0000 when prompted as the 4-digit PIN required for porting in.
- 4-digits are required in the PIN field, it cannot be left blank.
- If you submitted the incorrect PIN number, we can update the PIN on your behalf (there's no need to cancel your port). Please contact us for assistance.
You will be provided with your Sideline account number and PIN when you initiate the port-out process.
Enterprise accounts: Port-out info cannot be retrieved from Sideline. Please contact support for the account number and PIN(more info).
