Need to update the email address that's associated with your account? If so, you can easily do so within the app. After changing your email address, you will be prompted to verify your new email.
Changing your email address:
Via the Sideline app:
- Log into Sideline mobile.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Account Info.
- Tap Email.
- Input your new email address.
- Tap Save.
- A pop-up message will display informing you that the verification email was sent.
- Locate the email with the subject line "Verify your email" > open it.
- Tap the Verify My Email button to verify the email for your Sideline account.
Via Sideline Web (desktop):
- Log into Sideline Web.
- At the top-right corner, click your Sideline number.
- Click Account Settings.
- Enter your new email.
- Click
- You will receive an Email Verification pop-up letting you know that the verification email was sent.
- Locate the email with the subject line "Verify your email" > open it.
- Tap the Verify My Email button to verify the email for your Sideline account.
