An in-process port may be canceled, depending on the state of the port at the time of cancelation.
If you wish to cancel your request, please contact support and we will attempt to cancel the port on your behalf (but there is no guarantee).
Note: Ports that are in process cannot be canceled by the customer, only by the Sideline support team.

Sideline Support cannot cancel port-out requests. All cancellation requests must be made through the new carrier (where you're porting your Sideline number to).
