Reaching a Support Agent
- Our Sideline chatbot (Sideline app Settings > Support > Chat) is available 24/7, but agents will be minimally staffed during the dates specified below, therefore, you may not receive an instant reply.
- Note: If you submit a request through the chatbot, it will be sent as an email ticket and we will do our best to reply promptly upon our return (the same goes for Web Form requests).
