Have you recently done (or planning to do) one of the following?
- Change your mobile number
- Transfer your Sideline account to a new phone (and wish to keep your Sideline number)
If so, please see the device-specific instructions on how to change/update the mobile number (aka registered number) associated with your Sideline account.

Important: Prior to logging out (step #3 below), please ensure that you have a verified email address registered to your Sideline account. This is a proactive step to take in the event you forget your password when logging into Sideline on your new device (a password reset link will be sent to your email).
To change your registered number on Android:
If you are currently logged into your Sideline account:
- Sideline Settings.
- Tap Account Info.
- Select Log Out.
- Reopen the Sideline app (on the device that is associated with your new number) > tap Log In.
- Enter your Sideline number (ignore the message to enter your device's number.)
- Enter the password associated with your account.
- Tap Login.
- Once you log in, you'll be prompted to register the new mobile number to your account (agree to this, and your registered number will be updated.)
Note: As stated in step #5 above, when logging into Sideline for the first time with your NEW mobile number, enter your Sideline number in the "Enter Your Mobile Number" field (and not your new cell number.)
Did you forget your password?
If you forgot your password when logging into Sideline on your new device:
- Enter your mobile number > Continue > Forgot Password.
- The reset password link will be sent to the email you verified (since you can't access the link from your old device/number.)

To change your registered number on your iPhone:
- Log into Sideline.
- Tap Settings.
- Scroll and tap Support.
- Tap Update iPhone Number.
- Enter your NEW iPhone number.
- Tap Continue to update.
Note: If you don't have the ability to change your registered number within the app, please ensure you have updated Sideline to the most recent iOS app store version.
