How to clear the notification badge number

Issue Symptoms

Are you seeing a notification badge on the Sideline app, but are not finding any unread messages in your inbox? If so, please read the information below.

Conditions

• You see a badge next to your Sideline app icon, showing a number of unread messages
• You have read all the recent messages in your inbox

Cause & Resolution

You may be seeing the notification badge due to an old unread message, a missed call or a voicemail message that you did not listen to yet.

Please check for any old unread messages, calls, or voicemails. Once cleared, the badge notification number should disappear.
