If you’re experiencing a problem with your Sideline app, below are some basic troubleshooting steps you can take in an attempt to resolve your issue.
- Step 1: Visit the Sideline Service Status Page first to see if there are any current service disruptions that will impact your use of Sideline.
- Step 2: If there are no disruptions shown on the status page (link above) then please proceed to self-troubleshoot by clicking the link below.
