To create an account or use the Sideline app, we require verification through Two Factor Authentication (2FA) to ensure account security and prevent unauthorized access. This is a standard industry practice.
Important: Support will be unable to provide any account information/password reset info for unverified accounts. If you need to complete email verification, see How do I update my email address?

Current accounts at login
You will occasionally be prompted to verify your account (via your registered mobile number) when logging into the mobile app or Sideline Web. Follow the platform-specific steps for "Log In" seen here: Log in/Log out of your account
