How do I verify my account?

To create an account or use the Sideline app, we require verification through Two Factor Authentication (2FA) to ensure account security and prevent unauthorized access. This is a standard industry practice. 

FYI:  Sideline does NOT require identity verification or a government ID.

Verifying your account is a required step in the registration process. You must verify your mobile number before you can create an account. Follow the platform-specific steps seen in this article: How to create a Sideline account

Current accounts at login

You will occasionally be prompted to verify your account (via your registered mobile number) when logging into the mobile app or Sideline Web. Follow the platform-specific steps for "Log In" seen here: Log in/Log out of your account
