If you need to change or verify the email associated with your Sideline account, you can easily do so via Sideline mobile.
Via the Sideline mobile app:
- Log into Sideline mobile. (If currently logged out.)
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Account Info.
- Tap your email. If the email is already correct, skip to step 7.
- Delete your old email.
- Input your new email address.
- Tap the "Update" or "Verify" button.
- View your email inbox and open the message from Sideline. It will contain a verification code.
- Return back to the app and enter the verification code, then tap Continue.
- A green checkmark next to your email indicates that your new email is now verified.
Tip: Be sure to verify your new email (steps 7-9 above) should you ever forget your password and need help logging back into your account.
Note: It is important to verify your new email at this time should you ever forget your password and need help resetting it in the future.
If you are using a Yahoo email address, please be aware that the verification email may be delayed. Please check your inbox periodically, as the link may take some time to arrive.
