If you have already paid, but do not see any active subscriptions in your settings or are unable to use the service, this could be caused by a couple of reasons:
- You removed and reinstalled Sideline
- You changed devices
If you're an iOS user, your first step is to restore your purchases. This will re-sync any previous Sideline purchases you've made through iTunes.
If you are an Android user, and are unable to use your account after subscribing, please reach out to our support team by submitting a request below.
*Android Users:
- Sideline does not support OS versions below 9. While you may still be able to use the app, you will no longer be able to install any new versions of Sideline from the Google Play Store, which often contain bug fixes or updates to the existing features or functionality.
- Recommended: Upgrade your device's OS to 9 and above to receive any future updates to Sideline.
- If your device cannot be upgraded to Android OS 9, unfortunately you will be unable to install Sideline on that device (e.g. Blackberry devices).
*iOS Users:
- Sideline does not support iOS versions below 16. To use Sideline, you must have iOS 16+ on your iPhone.
