Do you think you were double-charged for a single Sideline subscription? If so, please review the information below to understand how duplicate charges can happen, and what you can do to resolve the issue.
As an overview, all purchases within Sideline are handled by either the Google Play or iTunes store. Therefore all subscriptions purchased on the Sideline app are charged to your App Store account.
If you received multiple charges for a subscription, it will generally fall under these reasons:
- You used a new App Store account to purchase a subscription and did not cancel your subscription with your old App Store account
- You are a long time user who was grandfathered into our old subscription plan, but mistakenly subscribed to the current subscription plan (if this is the case, please see our article on restoring your grandfathered subscription plan)
To check if you have multiple subscriptions, please select your App Store below and follow the instructions.

- Sign in to Google Subscriptions
If you see duplicate subscriptions for Sideline, please cancel the plan you don't need. Your other subscription will remain active.

- Tap your Apple ID
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find and tap Sideline to view your active subscriptions
If you see duplicate subscriptions for Sideline, please cancel the plan you don't need. Your other subscription will remain active.
