Sideline offers the ability to attach and send PDF files via a text message.

How to send a PDF (iOS):
- Enter the name or number you'd like to send a PDF to (or open an existing conversation).
- Click the "+" to the left of the text message box.
- Click "PDFs"
- Locate and select the PDF file(s) you'd like to attach to the message.
- Note: You can select up to 5 files at a time to upload to the message.
- Click "Open"
- The files will be displayed above the text message box.
- Add a message to accompany the PDF (optional).
- Click the SEND arrow.

The ability to send PDF files is not supported with Android at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and are aware of the value this feature would add.

Sideline Web users can attach and send PDF files easily. Here's how:
- Enter the name or number you'd like to send a PDF to (or open an existing conversation).
- Click the "+" to the left of the text message box.
- Click "PDFs"
- Locate and select the PDF file you'd like to attach to the message.
- Note: You can select up to 5 files at a time to upload to the message.
- Click "Open"
- The files will be displayed above the text message box.
- (Optional) Add a message to accompany the PDF.
- Click the SEND arrow.
Tip: If you are having trouble sending the PDF (the send arrow is grayed out) please check to ensure you're sending to a contact or number that can receive PDFs, and also try clearing the Web cache and cookies.
