Issue
Contact names are not displayed (only numbers).
Solution
- View Sideline Web Settings.
- Click "Sync Legacy Contact Names"
This should re-add the contact name associated with the phone number. More info on how to manage contacts in Sideline Web can be found here.
Issue
Sideline mobile contacts are not syncing with Sideline Web.
Solution
You may need to enable Google Contacts Sync. Detailed instructions can be found here.
