- Receiving one of the following error codes during registration:
3857, 1062, 2792, 8121, 9414, 2731, or 2938 - Cannot create a Sideline account after inputting new account details and selecting the "Sign Up" button.
Conditions
- Signing up for a Sideline account.
- Error is received during signup and you cannot proceed to create an account.
Cause & Resolution
The reason you are receiving this error and are unable to create a Sideline account is that our company experiences high levels of abuse during the creation of an account.
Your device matches suspicious abuse criteria that we have seen in the past and has prevented you from accessing our systems.
Unfortunately, this means you are unable to create an account and use our services. We apologize for the inconvenience.
