List of Carriers who allow Direct Carrier Billing
Certain mobile devices and carriers allow their customers to set up Direct Carrier Billing, meaning your purchases will be added to your monthly carrier bill. Below are the carriers that support this through Google Play:
- AT&T
- Boost
- Sprint
- T-Mobile
- US Cellular
- Verizon
To see if you are eligible for Direct Carrier Billing, please contact your carrier.
Please Note: Since all subscriptions are billed monthly, it's important to check your balance to ensure your payment was successful. If your balance is too low, or your payment method has expired, this can cause your subscription to end.

- Paypal
- iTunes Gift cards
- Store credit by redeeming App Store & iTunes Gift Cards or Apple Music Gift Cards
How to subscribe via Paypal
If you choose to subscribe via Paypal, they will send you a shortcode to your mobile number to proceed.
Some carriers can have trouble receiving short code messages from Paypal as they are considered to be 'Premium Messages' and support for these needs to be enabled by your carrier on your account.
As a workaround for this, if you install the Paypal app on your device it should allow you to create a pin code which you can use to verify your Paypal account for purchases on your device.
Please Note: Since all subscriptions are billed monthly, it's important to check your balance to ensure your payment was successful. If your balance is too low, or your payment method has expired, this can cause your subscription to end.
To update your payment method:
- Go to your Device Settings
- Select iTunes & App Store
- Click on your Apple ID
- Select View Apple ID
- Enter your Apple ID password
- Tap Payment Information
Please Note: After you update or add your payment information, please go back to Sideline and try your purchase again.
