Sideline can only function properly on the device that is associated with the registered cell phone number. For this reason, you cannot be logged in on multiple devices at the same time.
If you attempt to log in on a new device without changing the registered number, you will receive a prompt to verify the new device and number.
When you receive this prompt, please log in with your Sideline number and current password to register the new device.
Tip: If you need to share your Sideline number with multiple people, we recommend our app "Index" which includes a "Team Sharing" plan where you can share one number among up to 5 devices/team members.
