No, Sideline plans do not allow you to have multiple numbers (i.e. a 2nd Sideline number, 3rd line, etc) on a single account/device. Only one account & number is allowed per registered number/device.
We understand that you may have additional business sectors and would find value in having multiple lines with Sideline, so that is why we offer our Enterprise account plan. Some benefits include:
- The ability for one account administrator to assign multiple Sideline numbers to their employees, which is easily managed through a web portal.
- Suited for companies that have one main business line with multiple employee numbers attached, to which you want to transfer the call to them. (ie: directory/call tree)
